Investor Information

The IMAGINEER Fund provides an opportunity for accredited investors to have early access to the newest technology developed in a region known for technology development. In addition to their financial investment in the fund, investors agree to serve as a mentor to a portfolio company, sharing their experience with the next generation of Northeast Indiana entrepreneurs.

Investors in IF will have the first opportunity (but not be obligated) to
participate in follow-on for each portfolio company.
